Lose Fat With Alkaline!

An Alkaline diet is the only way to lose that extra weight.  An Alkaline diet is key.  Exercise alone cannot do it.  Only reducing your caloric intake and making sure those calories are mostly Alkaline pH will reduce your extra weight.  In fact, exercise will actually do the opposite of weight loss.  It not only gains or maintains muscle (which weighs more than fat), but exercising produces acid in the body, and, if you have too much acid, your body will cloister all the extra acid into fat cells, insulating them and moving them away from the major organs of the body, until your body senses that your blood is now Alkaline enough to process the extra acid.  Only then will your body start to release some of those acid-containing fat cells back into your bloodstream for your body to get rid of.

In fact, you have to make your body more Alkaline than necessary in order to trigger that release of acidic cells because your body will always try to balance itself.  If your body is more Alkaline, it will try to make you crave more acid in your diet.  If your body is more acid, it will try to limit how much acid is in your body by storing it in fat cells that your body creates for that purpose until your body senses more Alkaline in it.

However, your body doesn’t produce Alkaline, just acid.  And, if you add additional acid through your diet, your body will be flooded in acid with no Alkaline to neutralize the acid.  You have to add Alkaline through your diet.  And a diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts provides that Alkaline base, so that when your body does exercise (in a normal, healthy environment and habit) and acid is produced (and when you eat that occasional acid-producing food such as dairy, meat, alcohol, grains, etc.,) then your body will already have a higher rate of Alkaline in it to neutralize the additional acid being added to it.

You shouldn’t only introduce Alkaline in your body and never have any acid either, because a body with only Alkaline in it is also dangerous.  So, in a normal, healthy lifestyle body, you’d eat mostly vegetarian to bring in Alkaline, and exercise to generate acid and you’ll be in tip top shape!  No extra weight and you might even lose those extra pounds that never seem to drop off when your body gets rid of those extra acid-filled fat cells!
